    We are seeking a team oriented, self motivated, and compassionate Client Services Associate to join our Media, Pennsylvania Hospice office. As a Client Services Associate, you will use your attention to detail, organizational and computer skills to manage our electronic medical records and employee files. You will schedule staff, coordinate new employee on-boarding paperwork, process payroll and ensure timely service to our clients.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Specific responsibilities include the following:

     

    • Manage employee files
    • Process weekly payroll
    • Process invoices
    • Utilize Excel to track and analyze data, including financials
    • Provide caring, compassionate customer service to patients and families
    • Assist with the scheduling process as needed
    • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelors Degree required.
    • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. 
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn software/electronic medical record
    • Strong phone skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
    • Ambition to grow in the organization.
    • Prior experience in healthcare, homecare, hospice or social services a plus.
