    Responsibilities

    Administrative Coordinator at BAYADA, located in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to build internal and external relationships, primarily over the phone.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

     

    • Work directly with Doctors’ offices to obtain orders
    • Act as liaison between internal offices, families and insurance companies
    • A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
    • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
    • Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Previous work experience in healthcare, health insurance, or medical office a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where multitasking and prioritizing are key
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships
    • Comfort level working with numbers and dates
    • Strong computer skills
