    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Operations Manager to support the Forsythia Division in PA.  


    As a Pediatric Clinical Operations Manager you will provide initial and ongoing pediatric clinical leadership development, training and guidance to promote sound clinical standards for clinical managers, associates and educators. You will serve as a clinical resource to service office directors, division directors, and pediatric clinical leaders and assume a role in assuring consistently high quality service outcomes and program delivery.

    The responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Manager are:


    • Guide, support, and mentor Clinical Managers/Associates
    • Develop plans for improvement in response to quarterly QA survey results 
    • Develop and implement education and instruction to clinicians
    • Provide clinical oversight to Clinical Managers/Associates via home visit observation and documentation review.
    • Provide education and support to clinicians 


    The qualifications for the Clinical Operations Manager role are:


    • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
    • Licensed, Registered Nurse (RN).
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of BAYADA Home Health Care clinical leadership experience or comparable experience within home care.
    • Expertise in pediatric case management
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position.
    • Strong knowledge of home care regulations, reimbursement requirements, and standards of care.
    • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
    • Effective presentation skills 
    • Competency in tracheostomy and ventilator care and/or other high level skill, if required
    • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
