The On-Call Manager is responsible for triaging calls during non-business hours for our Hospice clients, staff, etc. We provide 24 hours of care, so we will need you to take call starting at 5pm on Friday until 5pm Sunday. You will also be required to work in the office Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-5pm. Our offices are located in Rutland, Norwich, Burlington and Brattleboro, VT with one additional location in Concord, NH. You must be local to one of them. This position will be an every weekend role.
The ideal candidate will have staff scheduling experience and be able to multi-task in a high volume office in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities include returning calls promptly, covering call-outs, problem solving, handling emergencies, and coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call nurse.

You will be trained in the office to manage this position from your home. You will be responsible for coverage of all 5 Hospice offices within the division.
