BAYADA Senior Living Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Sales Representative to fill the role of Program Manager to develop and manage relationships in Senior Living Communities for our Bucks County Senior Living office in Lansdale, PA.
The Program Manager will be a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Speech Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse who leads a team of clinicians who perform services in the senior living setting. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development, clinical care, business operations, quality assurance and case management. The Program Manager will fill a leadership role in a progressive senior living program offering a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients. This includes traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as BAYADA clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performance team of therapists (PT, OT, SLP, COTA/PTA) and nurses (RN/LPN) and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the homecare and outpatient therapy setting. Previous management experience and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are a must, and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business growth and referral management in this position.
