    Responsibilities

    The IT Financial Associate will work with members of the IT Operations group to handle billing, purchasing and ordering of IT resources. This position will provide the student with an opportunity to learn about business processes in IT operations.

     

    • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
    • Manage billing inventory for already established and new data connections, organizing these and identifying opportunities for savings through communication with vendors and directors.
    • Manage asset inventory, financial reports, processing and analyzing IT billing.
    • Use a variety of reporting and graphical tools to assist in presenting and analyzing data that describes the performance of systems.
    • Identify savings opportunities for software and hardware support renewals, licensing and services. To follow through with vendors and to obtain identified savings.
    • Work with members of the IT Operations group to facilitate purchases from vendors for capital/non-capital expenditures to ensure requests are budgeted and appropriately approved.
    • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by their Supervisor.
    • Participate in phone coverage for the IT operations group.
    • Assist with Automation of Recurring Tasks
    • Assist with creation of a WEB portal
    • Assist with management of Warranty Contracts
    • Assist with Disposal and Sale of End of Life Inventory
    • Assist with IT Equipment Move to our New Building
    • Assist with Implementing our Paperless Invoice Process
    • Assist with Set-up of call Accounting Software
    • Assist with Processing Expense Reports
    • Assist with processing RMAs for Defective Equipment
    • Assist with Running & Analyzing Reports

    Qualifications

    • Exemplifies characteristics of the BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
    • Bachelors degree 
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within and across teams.
    • Must be highly motivated and able to motivate others.
    • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
    • Experience with office software and ability to establish new systems for data organization.
