    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for employment with our Berks County Office to do Home Health Visits within Schuylkill County.  We need an individual who is enthusiastic about working in home health – are compassionate, excellent, and reliable, and can help our clients maintain a safe quality of life with independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home.


    We are looking for a solid Speech Therapist for a Per Diem opportunity.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
    • Provide skilled assessments and develop a plan of care specific to client’s needs. Educate and instruct clients, family members, and/or other caregivers in activities necessary to promote the client’s health, well-being, and independent living.
    • Electronic documentation.



    • Must have a current SLP license in the State of Pennsylvania
    • Have at least one-year of recent work experience as an SLP.
