    BAYADA Rehabilitation a specialty program of  BAYADA Home Healthcare in Greenville, SC is seeking a Program Manager to take on a leadership role in a progressive senior living program offering a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients.  This includes traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as Bayada clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities.


    The Program Manager will be a physical, occupational or speech therapist that leads a team of nurses and therapists who perform services in the senior living setting.  This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development and enhancement, marketing, clinical care, business operations, quality assurance and case management


    The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performance team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the homecare and outpatient setting. Previous management experience and strong interpersonal skills are a must, and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business growth and referral management in this position.


    • A current South Carolina PT, OT, SLP, or RN license.
    • Masters Degree 
    • 3+ years clinical therapy experience.
    • Prior supervisory experience.
    • Home care experience and knowldege of Medicare Parts A & B strongly preferred.
    • Previous marketing or business development experience. 
    • Strong management and leadership background.
