    As a Client Services Manager you will:

    • Manage and maintain client and employee compliance
    • Work closely with support coordinators
    • Partner with the clinical team and maintain case loads while developing and maintain individual case loads
    • Maintain effective fiscal management of caseloads
    • Partner with the clinical team to provide supervision and support to the field employees
    • Manage and process employee payroll and billing weekly
    • Participate in the recruitment and retention of field staff
    • Maintain relations and function as facilitator among clients, families, clinical team, field and office staff and community organizations
    • Manage and problem solve incoming client and service inquiries
    • Strategically develop a scheduling plan for clients with applicable staff members
    • Assist with On-Call as needed
    • Travel at least 5% as needed to meet with clients in supporting territories


    • Bachelors Degree required
    • At least 1 year supervising/managing a team is required
    • At least 1 year staffing experience required
    • At least 2 years experience in customer service is required
    • Must be willing to commute at least 5% as needed
    • Prior healthcare, home care and/or recruiting experience is a plus
    • Experience with maintaining quarterly/annual fiscal goals a plus
    • Ability to work independently is required
    • Strong communication and customer service skills required
    • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational skills required
    • Competent in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
