    Responsibilities

    The On-Call Manager is responsible for coordinating home health care services during non-business hours for our Adult clients in our Delaware Adult Nursing office. The On-Call Manager hours will be two weeks a month, Monday through Thursday 5:00pm-8:30am and weekend starting  Friday at 5:00 PM and ending Monday at 8:30 AM. 


     


    The ideal candidate for this position will have staff scheduling experience and be able to multi-task in a high volume office in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities include retrieving messages from our answering service, returning calls promptly, covering call-outs, problem solving, handling emergencies, and coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call nurse. This candidate must be able to go into the office.

    Qualifications

    You will be trained in the office to manage this position from your home. You will be provided with a cell phone and fax machine. We will also connect you to our office staff web site if you have your own computer.  The following are the minimal requirements for this position:


     



    • Staff scheduling experience (within home care preferred)

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast pace environment.

    • Strong computer skills a must

    • HS Diploma is required
