  • Overview

    BAYADA Home Health Care’s Practice Technology Engagement office is seeking a full time Financial Systems Application Manager. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a specified set of application. The Application Manager will utilize a solid understanding of assigned managed applications and leadership techniques to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support for such applications at BAYADA.


    • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way

    • Manage all day-to-day technology support of finance, accounting, and procurement

    • In collaboration with finance and accounting business leaders, identify appropriate related policies and procedures (both systematic and user functional) to ensure data integrity, while minimizing the manual effort to ensure compliance

    • In collaboration with finance and accounting business leaders, ensure corporate policies are properly administered and new policies are adequately documented and communicated across all divisions and companies

    • Provides leadership in identifying and defining enhancement opportunities.

    • Collaborates closely with business owners to ensure enhancements and designs satisfy the required needs of the business

    • Analyze data, reports, processes for issues and advise management

    • Participate in year-end processes to ensure accurate reporting of all employee data

    • Management of configuration

    • Expand exposure and role within larger scale projects to strengthen knowledge of organization

    • Maintenance and coordination of projects, schedule and resources.

    • Formulate, implement, and maintain the strategy for financial application functional roadmaps


    • Experience performing finance, accounting, and procurement configuration, process improvement, and support using a top-tier Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for a mid-sized ($1B Revenue), multi-entity company;   Looking for experience with Workday, but will consider Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, and similar

    • Must have current or within one-year experience with a major ERP package

    • 5 years of finance and accounting experience in a technical role

    • The right candidate is a data analytics and process-driven technologist, with a passion for improving processes in finance and accounting

    • Expert level process documentation skills (will be required to submit samples of prior work)

    • Ability to prioritize/work through competing deadlines; clearly communicate status to stakeholders

    • Must have a superior level of experience performing heavy analysis of finance discrepancies to identify systematic issues and resolutions

    • Experience working in a complex technology landscape desired

    • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
