    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Recruiter for our Pediatric office located in Sellersville, PA. The recruiter will support staffing needs for HHAs, & LPNs and RNs in various territories.


    At BAYADA, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle within a given office, division or region. BAYADA Recruiting Managers are expected to act as brand ambassadors and to partner with the hiring managers and the local office team in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers, while providing our candidates a best in class candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager is also expected to provide consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.

    • Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers.
    • Partnering with hiring managers and office staff to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
    • Establishing strong ties to their local community and partnering with local colleges, technical schools, and state agencies to become a local employer of choice.
    • Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.
    • Promoting and fostering ongoing partnership with Directors, office staff, field employees, and other BAYADA recruiters.
    • End-to-end talent acquisition including constructing job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating offers, and assisting with new hire onboarding.


    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
    • New graduate to 1 year of experience. 
    • Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.
    • Must be willing and able to travel 15%.
    • Agency recruitment experience a plus.
    • Healthcare recruitment experience a plus.
