    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support our Southwest Pediatrics offices.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the recruiting and hiring of the medical staff who visit patients in their homes. Responsibilities include receiving and processing employment inquiries, ad writing and placement, completing the full cycle hiring process from interview through orientation, maintaining personnel files, coordinating in-services, training and representing BAYADA at job fairs.

    • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
    • Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates.
    • Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions.
    • Follow up with both candidates and Recruiters.
    • Work with other team members to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback.
    • Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data.
    • Create and update database of potential candidates.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Minimum Two (2) year successful experience in a related field.
    • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.
    • Excellent candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
    • Excellent creative thinking and writing proficiency.
    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
