    Responsibilities

    • Through hands-on experience, Recruiting Associate at BAYADA learn all aspects of recruiting staff along with maintaining compliance and administrative functions within the office. Focused on recruitment of nurses specific to adult specialty through sourcing, attending community events, connecting with colleges, hospitals, and sharing innovative ways to connect with nurses quickly and selling BAYADA as a company.

    Qualifications

    * four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)

    * a demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement

    * ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

    * strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
