    Job Title: On Call Manager Part Time 


     

    BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for an On Call Clinical Manager  for our Tucson Assistive Care Office. The On Call Clinical Manager will work Monday through Thursday 5p to 830a and Friday to Monday starting at 5p on Friday through Monday at 830a.  As an extension of the office staff during non-business hours, you will provide customer service to staff, families and clients.  This unique opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing a meaningful service to our callers.  If new service is requested after hours or weekens you will meet with the client for the start of care.  This position may offer additional opportunities for part time hours during the work week in our offices but is not guaranteed.  

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    The On Call Clinical Manager opportunity will allow you to function as an important extension of our office team during non-business hours, utilizing your customer service and health-care experience to earn additional income without leaving the comfort of your own home.

     

    Responsibilities include:

     

    • Coordinating services for our clients while the office is closed
    • Supporting all emergent clinical based calls to the office, and addressing them accordingly
    • Documenting calls on nightly "call log"
    • Trouble shooting and triaging as needed

    Typical calls include questions from families, direction requests from staff, call outs, potential clients, and care-givers (HHAs) seeking employment with the office. The ideal candidate will have staffing/scheduling experience and be able to multi-task in a calm and compassionate manner.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degre or BSN required
    • At least 2 years of nursing experience
    • Scheduling or on-call experience in a home care environment highly preferred
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Professional phone demeanor
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
    • You must have access to a computer during on-call hours
    • Ability to work specified on call hours without schedule conflicts 

    This position pays a flat per day rate and hourly pay for any start of care time.  Additional information to be discussed during time of interview.
