    Client Service Manager, Worcester, MA Home Care

     

    Attention new or recent graduates, do you have the drive and desire to grow the office and the company?

     

    BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Worcester, MA Assistive Care / State Programs office. Client Service Managers at BAYADA lead and manage field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseload (through relationship building and recruiting efforts) and on-going case management. They must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

     

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
    • Source, interview and orient reliable and compassionate clinical staff
    • Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources and community resources
    • Manage a caseload of clients including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, new graduates welcome!
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
    • Exceptional customer service skills
