    BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our corporate recruiting team in Hawaii!


    At BAYADA, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. BAYADA Talent Acquisition is expected to act as brand ambassadors and to partner with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers, while providing our candidates a best in class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also expected to provide consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.



    The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will be responsible for assisting with the recruiting and hiring of clinical and administrative office staff for BAYADA Home Care offices within the assigned region of Hawaii. Responsibilities of the role include:

    • Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers.
    • Partnering with hiring managers and office staff to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
    • Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.
    • Promoting and fostering ongoing partnership with Directors, office staff, field employees, and other BAYADA recruiters.
    • End-to-end talent acquisition including constructing job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating offers, and assisting with new hire onboarding.



    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
    • Knowledge of Hawaii territory and experience recruiting in Hawaii market (all islands).
    • Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.
    • Agency recruitment experience a plus.
    • Healthcare recruitment experience a plus.
