    Are you looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself and to kickstart your career within BAYADA? The Pediatrics practice is seeking a candidate for a Leadership Residency position in Salisbury, NC (or surrounding areas – Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem).

    Responsibilities

    The Pediatrics Leadership Residency is a talent management program designed to accelerate performance and professional development for the individual participant. Throughout the 12-month residency program, this position will build upon their own knowledge and skills while broadening their exposure to the business operations of the BAYADA Pediatrics practice. Upon successful completion of the program, this role will apply the operational knowledge and skills gained by transitioning into to a service office or divisional support role.

     

    The core components of the Leadership Resident position are:

    • Practice Support: coordinate efficient operations for the Pediatrics Practice Leader (and senior leadership team as needed); contribute to practice-wide initiatives and projects; manage meeting scheduling, minutes, and arrangements (such as off-sight gatherings and travel needs); support talent and culture meetings; collect proposals.
    • Professional Development: improve communication and organizational skills by gaining exposure to the business operations of the entire Pediatrics practice, as well as work across practices and operations; work alongside Pediatrics Practice Leader and understand behind-the-scenes business operations; provide support via expenses, Podio site management, and calendar management.
    • Operational Improvement: by supporting the Pediatrics practice and its leaders, this role will gain valuable knowledge and skills that they can then take back to a service office or division.

     

     

    You can expect to:

    • Organize, attend, and take minutes for various Pediatrics meetings
    • Assist with the development of various practice leader communications
    • Coordinate logistics, attendees, keynote speakers, and agendas for meetings
    • Support the execution of practice-wide initiatives
    • Observe the key functions and operations of various support offices
    • Assist leader in developing performance improvement strategies and solutions for effective implementation
    • Engage in full spectrum support from handling day to day tasks (i.e. expenses, travel arrangement) to large scale initiatives (i.e. leadership-level thinking, project management, executive communication)

     

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience (collegiate or professional) in project coordination and/or project management and team leadership
    • Demonstrated experience being detail-orientated, organized, creative, a problem-solver, hardworking, driven, adaptable, and solution-focused
    • Desire to grow within BAYADA Home Health Care
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong comfort level with computer skills and technology (including, but not limited to: Microsoft Suite and Podio)
    • Ability to work in the Salisbury, NC or surrounding area (Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem)
    • Willingness to transition into a service office or divisional role after 12 months in role
