RN Nurse Manager, Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse(RN)  as a Nurse Manager/Home Care RN for our Indiana County Pediatrics Home Care office! This office supports multiple clients in 7 counties:

• Bedford County
• Blair County
• Cambria County
• Indiana County
• Jefferson County
• Somerset County
• Westmoreland

As a Nurse Manager / RN you will:

• Visit our pediatric clients in Indiana County and surrounding counties
• Conduct assessments to determine the type of care needed
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Develop a care plan for clients and oversee the case management cycle
• Supervise field clinical staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation as needed
• Conduct and maintain competencies of new and tenured staff

 If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this can be your dream job!

• Must be willing to commute within the following areas as needed: Indiana county and neighboring counties
• Diploma required; Associates degree preferred; Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• At least 2 years Registered Nurse (RN) experience required; 3-5 years strongly preferred
• Supervisory/Charge nurse experience strongly desired
• Home care experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Vent/Trach experience a plus
• BLS/CPR certification required, PALS certification a plus
