    Responsibilities

    Our Desktop Equipment Services (DES) team located in Pennsauken, NJ is looking for a Provisioning and Access Associate.  As an associate on the Provisioning team you will work closely with our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, EmpowerID to ensure provisioning requests are processed on time and based on our BAYADA workflows, business processes and security standards.  In your role you will be responsible for multiple daily tasks to ensure IT user account are provisioned, updated and disabled in a timely manner.  You will be responsible for handing service requests from our BAYADA Office Staff, Contractors and Home Health Field Staff.  An understanding of BAYADA IT Security policies and Federal and State regulations (i.e. HIPAA) are a plus.  

     

    As part of your responsibilities you will be working with various BAYADA teams in Information Technology, Global Support Services and our BAYADA Service Practices.  You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our BAYADA users to ensure timely completion of all IT provisioning service requests based on our current procedures, processes, and standards.  Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, and IT account security are key technologies that you will need to master.  A strong understanding of BAYADA’s new hire, employee transfer, and separation processes (i.e. Workday, IAM, and IT Security policies) are also required.  The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and communications skills and should be prepared to provide service with a smile. 

    Qualifications

    • Four (4) year college degree in a related area.
    • Prior health care and home care experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies, software, and technical methodologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, and Office applications.
    • A self-starter who has the appropriate technical and customer service skills to provide first class hardware and systems support.
    • Ensure prompt, high-quality resolution of end-users’ requests, questions, concerns, and issues.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, and user account security. Strong understanding of BAYADA’s Personnel Change Notice (PCN) and Field provisioning systems/ workflows.
    • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
