We have a full-time contract to hire position available for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Information Services (IS) team located in Pennsauken, NJ. As an Application Support Analyst you will learn about the core responsibilities of our IS office as you respond to requests from all BAYADA Home Health Care offices.
In this role, you will be assisting our user base of approximately 4000+ end-users. You will be required to support technical issues including Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems, MS Office software, proprietary applications, etc.
You will be supporting our clinical staff and office employees in the use of business applications, clinical documentation, and other applications. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational, written and troubleshooting skills along with superior oral communications. In addition you must be committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast paced, multi tasking environment. You must enjoy providing customer support via the telephone all day every day!
We require prior Application Support experience, in addition to a 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related IT/Health Care field. For immediate consideration, please include a cover letter with your résumé.
