    Hospice Associate Director


    BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an Associate Director of Hospice Services for our Norwich VT location.  As Associate Director, you will help oversee operations of the office including clinical care, business development, and recruiting initiatives. Our offices are growing and we are seeking talented leaders to join our team!


    Responsibilities for Hospice Associate Director include:

    • Marketing and Program Development
    • Planning and budgeting
    • Developing and executing a recruitment plan
    • Mentoring and developing office staff
    • Monitoring quality and appropriateness of services provided
    • Assuring compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Assuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Ensuring hospice personnel stay current with clinical information & practices
    • Becoming proficient in electronic medical records system
    • Participate in on-call and triage as needed



    Qualifications for Hospice Associate Director include:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. 
    • Minimum of 2 years hospice experience
    • Minimum of 2 years verifiable supervisory/management experience in hospice, healthcare, or social service 
    • Strong relationship building and marketing skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to serving others
    • Passion for focusing on hospice care
    • Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred, but not required.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical.
