The Associate Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the recruiting and hiring of clinical and administrative office staff for multiple offices of BAYADA Home Health Care. Responsibilities include ad writing and placement, sourcing candidates, receiving and processing employment inquiries, and screening resumes.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated and possess the desire to grow with the office and the company. You must demonstrate superb communication and interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
