    As a Client Services Associate you will:

    • Manage and maintain client and employee compliance
    • Work closely with both internal and external insurance teams regarding authorizations and billing for services
    • Assist Client Service Managers with case loads; Develop and maintain individual case loads
    • Maintain effective fiscal management of caseloads
    • Partner with clinical managers to provide supervision and support to the field employees
    • Assist in processing employee payroll and billing weekly
    • Participate in the recruitment and retention of field staff
    • Maintain relations and function as facilitator among clients, families, clinical manager, field and office staff and community organizations
    • Manage and problem solve incoming client and service inquiries
    • Strategically develop a scheduling plan for clients with applicable staff members




    • Bachelors Degree required
    • At least 1 year experience in customer service
    • Prior healthcare, home care and/or  recruiting experience is a plus
    • Ability to work independently is required
    • Strong communication and customer service skills required
    • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational skills required
    • Competent in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
