    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Account Representative to fill the role of Healthcare Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business in within Phoenix, ArizonaThis position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. 


    **** The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional capable of selling to healthcare markets and managing and implementing sales strategy for large, high priority accounts. ****


    • Generating referrals for home health by building relationships and identifying/providing value to key stakeholders within assigned Senior Living Communities.
    • Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
    • Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
    • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
    • Work closely with internal office and clinical team around account level strategy and execution.


    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.  
    • At least two years recent Sales experience with a proven track record of success in a territory based sales position.  Experience in the Health care industry a plus but not required.
    •  Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
    •  Evidence of achieving growth goals
    • Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. 
    • The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
