    Expand your clinical leadership skills as a Divisional Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager in the mid-west region of the United States! You will be working directly with our acquisition and start up team to grow and develop new territories for the company within the mid-west.  Extensive travel is required within the U.S.


    Bayada Home Health Care is growing in leaps and bounds, and we need your clinical expertise to help ensure the highest quality of care possible!  As the Divisional Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager you will be accountable for supporting clinical leaders in the effective execution of best-in-class care, regulatory and CHAP clinical compliance, and  professional development for the clinical team.  Once you have effectively built and trained the team in the new area your role would then move to the next territory to be expanded!


    As the Divisional Pediatric Nurse, you will implement and provide initial and ongoing clinical leadership development, training, and guidance to promote sound clinical standards for clinical managers, associates and educators. You will act as a clinical resource to service office Directors, Division Directors and pediatric clinical leaders.  You will assume a role in assuring consistently high quality service outcomes and program delivery.



     When you are not actively mentoring staff members, you will be an additional resource to the territory in the following capacity:


    • Work directly with the acquisition/start-up team to develop and create new offices 
    • Assist with competencies, orientations, interviews and other office CM work
    • Assist office CMs with visits, admissions and other CM duties
    • Fill in for CMs/CAs/Clinical Educator during vacations
    • Assist Divisional Clinical Educator with training courses & SIM Lab duties


    As the Divisional Pediatric Nurse Manager, you would not be responsible for carrying a caseload.



    To qualify for this position, you must be a RN, with three (3) to five (5) years of BAYADA clinical leadership experience or comparable experience within home care preferred.  A four (4) year college degree, or strong pediatric home health care experience, is preferred.  Additional requirements include the following:



    • Strong clinical skills, fully coded- pediatric trach / vent experience required
    • Integration or acquisition/start up experience a plus
    • Strong understanding of BAYADA clinical policies (can be learned)
    • Strong people skills, mentoring and coaching
    • Positive role model, follows the BAYADA WAY and the playbook
    • Strong communication skills 
    • Sense of urgency and thorough follow up/follow through
    • Ability to multi task, strong organizational skills
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with teams and peers
    • Strong problem solving skills 
    • Adapt to the needs of the Division and its Directors to provide clinical support as needed
    • Clinical Instructor status/SIM Instructor certification a plus
    • Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
