This is a part time position.  We are looking for someone to fill in on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Initial training of this position will be conducted on Wednesdays and Fridays).

As an Admin Coordinator for BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Client Service Managers, Clinical Managers, and Directors to gain valuable insight and experience in the home health care industry.  The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development.


This an integral part of the BAYADA office team and has the ability to work with staff of all levels along with clients and their families. 

  • Ensuring compliance with employee and client charts
  • Carry a small case load - scheduling our amazing nurses into the homes of our wonderful clients
  • Participate in team  meetings
  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, filing, payroll processing and ordering office supplies
  • Assist with recruiting, employee on-boarding and scheduling
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Gain general knowledge of healthcare management



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to take ownership, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Creative and flexible with the ability to take initiative
  • Willing to work in an “all hands on deck” environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with employees at all levels
  • Interest in the healthcare industry
