BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a fullt-time Administrative Coordinator in our Home Health office located in Tucson, AZ. BAYADA believes that our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.  Your important work as an Administrative Coordinator will help ensure that our clients come first.




Responsibilities Include

  • Answer telephone and process telephone messages.
  • Greet all applicants and visitors as they enter office and escort or direct them to appropriate person(s).
  • Process incoming and outgoing office mail
  • Do general office filing, faxing and photocopying.
  • Word processing and data entry.
  • Sorting, collating or preparing packets of information for distribution.
  • Create personnel files and client charts, as needed.
  • Assist with office filing and maintenance of personnel files and client charts.



  • High school diploma, preferred.
  • Have one (1) years verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
