Client Services Manager (Scheduling Coordinator), Fayetteville, NC
BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking a Client Services Manager (Scheduling Coordinator) to join our Fayetteville, NC office. Client Services Managers at BAYADA lead field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseload (through relationship building and recruiting efforts) and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development. This an integral part of the BAYADA office team and has the ability to work with staff of all levels along with clients and their families. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm - some over time may be required to serve the client at the highest level.
Strong desire to find purpose in making a positive impact in the lives of individuals in their home setting. Growth potential to advance into an Associate Director of your own office in 2-4 years depending on how quickly you grow your caseload!
