BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst with experience in customer service, project management and technology expertise to assist in our Clinical Standards and Leadership office (CSL), located in Pennsauken, NJ. In this role, you will be assisting our clinical support staff in overseeing a learning management system (LMS) and project management responsibilities. The LMS currently has a user base of approximately 5000+ end-users. You will be required to manage and support technical platforms including Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems, MS Office software, proprietary applications and more. In addition you will be providing daily customer service assistance via verbal, virtual and written communication.



Primary responsibilities  for the Data Reporting Analyst include:


  • Provide customer service and expertise for learning management data base for office staff, field clinicians and external customers. 
  • Provide project management methodologies.
  • Assist with the organization, design and implementation of all aspects of the continuing education program.
  • Management and resolution of customer support issues via emails, webinars and telephone communication.
  • Independent preparation of reports, analysis of data and metrics and presentations.



  • Four (4) year college degree preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Instructional Design/learning technology or related IT/Health Care field.
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience or comparable software experience.
  • Prior health care or home care experience preferred.
  • Possesses effective project management skills.
  • Proficient in basic business software applications.
  • Outstanding computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including Captivate, Articulate, MS Office and current Internet and e-learning technologies.
  • Experience preparing metrics, reports and analysis for management
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  •  Proficiency in Excel:  pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
  • Soft skills - strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships; customer service; act as liaison between internal customers and LMS vendor; professional demeanor; comfort level interacting with all levels within the organization
