BAYADA Senior Living, a specialty program of BAYADA Home Health Care, is seeking an RN or Physical Therapist to take on a leadership role as Program Manager in a progressive senior living program with Senior Living Communities in Chittenden County and surrounding counties.
BAYADA Senior Living offers a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients, including traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as BAYADA clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities. Service areas include assisted living and independent living communities.
The Program Manager will be a highly motivated, relationship-focused Registered Nurse, RN or Physical Therapist who will guide a team of nurses and therapists dedicated to providing home health services in the senior living setting. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development and enhancement, clinical care, business operations, quality assurance and case management.
The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performing team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the homecare and outpatient setting. Management experience, strong interpersonal skills and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business development in this position.
