Our St. Cloud Pediatric Home Care office located in Waite Park, MN is looking for a successful and experienced nurse recruiter.  Health care / nurse recruitment experience preferred!

We have an immediate opening for a Recruitment Manager in our St. Cloud Pediatric office located in Waite Park, MN!   This role focuses on recruiting field staff (RNs, LPNs) Marketing and maintaining compliant personnel records. You will be responsible for all aspects of the field recruitment process including the following:





  • Creating and posting employment ads
  • Participating in job fairs and creative efforts to drive recruitment
  • Pre-screening skilled nursing and personal care candidates
  • Conducting both scheduled and walk-in interviews
  • Completing reference checks
  • Monitoring license renewals and performing follow up with field staff
  • Tracking in-service and training attendance
  • Maintaining personnel files 
  • Seeking out opportunities and sources to attract new field staff
  • Learning to process payroll and schedule cases in order to support Client Service Managers
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and filing

  • Four year college degree required
  • Prior health care, home care recruiting experience highly preferred
  • One year of recruitment expereince required
  • Proven record of hiring results
  • Strong interviewing skills a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Drive to produce qualified candidates
  • Strong follow through skills and communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Experience working in a team setting, with an “all hands on deck” attitude
  • Creative, with a demonstrated ability to think on your feet
  • Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
