**Person will be part of Charlotte team, but will need to be willing to travel and sit in Salisbury office at least 1x per week as caseload is based in this area and north Charlotte region.**

 

Responsibilities

Client Services Managers at BAYADA learn all aspects of recruiting staff along with maintaining compliance and administrative functions within the office. Focused on delivering and coordinating client services, you’ll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office’s caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations. Sharing responsibility for your team, you’ll develop communicative relationships with them while managing scheduling and maintain effective fiscal management by monitoring metrics (gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, etc.).

 

Other QP responsibilities include:

  • Manage B3 Respite Cases (Write ISPs & Complete NC SNAP)
  • Track and update client goal progress
  • Attend client plan meetings (ISP Meetings)
  • Write short range goals and task analysis
  • Document and complete quarterly progress summaries
  • Supervise Staff (documention supervision notes) 
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team - TEAM PLAYER!  

Qualifications

Qualifications for an Client Services Manager / Qualified Professional:

 

  • Status as a Qualified Professional or Developmental Disabilities Professional in accordance with state regulation is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with 2 years of full-time post-bachelor’s degree accumulated experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or Bachelor’s degree in a field other than human services with 4 years of full-time post-bachelor’s degree accumulated experience with individuals with developmental disabilities 
  • Have a passion for helping individuals with Developmental / Intellectual Disabilities
  • Prior health care, home care and recruiting experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong interpersonal, PC and communication skills (phone marketing and data entry ability)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
