Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Adult Nursing team in Plymouth, MN. Previous full cycle recruiting and interviewing experience is preferred.  Health care and/or agency experience is a plus!.  An appropriate candidate would be proficient in employment advertising, Internet / social media sourcing, recruiting and difficult job searches.  This position has opportunity for future growth and leadership responsibilities.

 

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate recruiter who wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients by sourcing and hiring excellent field staff (RN's and LPN's). You will be responsible for pro-actively identifying passive job seekers, partnering with hiring managers and office staff to strongly advocate for your candidates and to build pipelines for future business growth within the region.  

 

 

Responsibilities

Recruitment Manager responsibilities:
 
  • Identify, interview and on board active and passive RN's & LPN's for field positions
  • Collaborate with other local and corporate recruiters to fill positions in the region
  • Demonstrate and utilize knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and procedures
  • Maintain a database of candidates
  • Participate in job fairs and other activities outside the offices as required
  • Champion newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the Bayada organization
  • Promote and foster ongoing relationships and partnerships with office and field staff
  • Continually embody the core values of the company, Compassion, Excellence and Reliability

 

Qualifications

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 plus years work experience in a full cycle recruiting / talent acquisition role
  • Previous health care recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong working alliances with organizational leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data
  • Works collaboratively and supports team efforts
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 15%
