BAYADA Hospice is seeking an innovative, energetic, and results focused talent leader to fill the role of Director, People & Culture.

In this role, you will report to BAYADA’s corporate Chief Medical Officer who is also the operating leader for hospice and palliative care services. You will lead our effort to build a world-class people organization in late life care with responsibility spanning the full spectrum of people activities: mission, culture, organization planning, recruiting, selection, on-boarding, developing, and engagement. Our team will grow by hundreds of employees over the next few years, so this is a mission-critical role that requires a highly capable and entrepreneurial leader.
