Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Linwood Visits team located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Client Services Managers at BAYADA lead field staff in providing excellent customer service, quality and profitable homecare services with focus on developing and strengthening referral source relationships, delivery and coordination of services and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation, coordination and tracking of a caseload of clients
  • Monitor metrics including admissions, referrals by rejection, etc.
  • Processing of field staff payroll
  • Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
  • Tracking and follow up with doctors orders
  • Obtaining insurance authorizations for service
  • Maintaining and updating referral information using Home Care Home Base software
  • Assist in the recruitment and supervision of field employees
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • previous knowledge of/experience with Medicare, OASIS, and CHAP preferred but not required
  • At least two years professional post graduate work experience
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated record of leadership and goal achievement
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Ability to “think outside the box” with creative and resourceful problem solving
