Exciting Client Services Manager Opportunity!


Do you want to grow a career within one of the nation's most successful home health care organizations?  This important position will be in our New Hampshire Pediatric specialty office. As a result of recent family advocacy efforts, BAYADA Pediatrics is able to enter this market for the first time.


We are seeking a professional, responsible and dedicated individual to assist in the coordination of home care services for our pediatric clientele.  The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and referral sources.  You must be highly motivated and possess the desire to build a career within the office and company. The demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment is a must.

  • Receive and process new requests for home care services
  • Schedule caregivers
  • Address customer service issues
  • Build relationships with clients, families, medical personnel, referral sources & community resources
  • Learn to recruit best-in-class field staff (RNs, LPNs)
  • Attend occasional off-site events 
  • Provide overall support to office team


  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with case management and/or scheduling/staffing
  • Strong work ethic
  • All hands on deck attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, resolve issues, and quickly switch gears
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
