Our Asssistive Care State Programs Division covering Southern is seeking an experienced Divisional Recruiting Manager whose focus will be on identifying and attracting best-in-class caregivers, as well functioning as the “go to” person for all Recruiters within the Division.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening interested, and highly qualified Home Health Aids to work in our Assistive Care State Programs offices in Southern New Jersey. You will leverage social media, modern technology, and other channels in your daily sourcing efforts. You should possess market knowledge and awareness as it relates to staffing within the home care industry. You will also attend job fairs, and represent the division at local community events. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter. The ability to effectively manage one's time between multiple offices, and to work autonomously, is critical to success.
