It is an exciting time to join BAYADA Home Health Care! Our Asssistive Care State Programs Division covering Southern is seeking an experienced Divisional Recruiting Manager whose focus will be on identifying and attracting best-in-class caregivers, as well functioning as the “go to” person for all Recruiters within the Division.


In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening interested, and highly qualified Home Health Aids to work in our Assistive Care State Programs offices in Southern New Jersey.  You will leverage social media, modern technology, and other channels in your daily sourcing efforts.  You should possess market knowledge and awareness as it relates to staffing within the home care industry. You will also  attend job fairs, and represent the division at local community events. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter.  The ability to effectively manage one's time between multiple offices, and to work autonomously, is critical to success.  If you love networking, building relationships, leveraging your creativity, mentoring your colleagues,  and contributing to the overall goal of ensuring our clients receive top notch care, this is the opportunity for you!


* This position will require travel among Assistive Care State Programs offices throughout Southern NJ, including Pennsauken, Millville, Toms River, and Perth Amboy/New Brunswick. 


  • Using a variety of tools, source, screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates
  • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches and research
  • Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases
  • Identify opportunities to make the opportunity more efficient
  • Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business needs
  • Monitor success of position postings based on the volume and quality of candidates
  • Creatively and pro-actively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates
  • Facilitate on-site open houses
  • Attend off-site career fairs
  • Gain an understanding of each individual office's staffing needs within the division
  • Build strong internal and external relationships and leverage opportunities for networking
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Recruiters within your division
  • Function as the divisional Subject Matter Expert for all  recruiting and sourcing activities


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Bilingual Spansish Strongly Preferred
    • Prior hands-on recruiting experience, preferably within the health-care industry
    • Prior experience as SME and/or functioning in team leader capacity
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
    • Proven success building a pipeline of talent
    • Metrics to demonstrate prior sourcing achievements
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate others
