BAYADA Home Health Care, is seeking a professional, responsible and dedicated individual to coordinate home care services for our pediatric clientele in Durham, NC.  In this role, you will become a member of a cohesive team dedicated to ensuring our clients get the best possible care within the comfort of their own homes.  The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and referral sources.  You must be highly motivated and possess the desire to build a career within the office and company. The demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process requests for home care services
  • Schedule caregivers
  • Willingness to help as needed with projects within the office
  • Address customer service issues
  • Bill for services and process weekly payroll for field staff
  • Build relationships with clients, families, medical personnel, referral sources, community resources
  • Learn the process for recruiting field staff
  • Attend occasional off-site events 
  • Ability to handle a small case load of clients
  • Assist with recruitment and interviews as needed

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Prior experience working in the health-care, medical, home-care or social services industries preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with case management and/or scheduling a plus
  • Strong work ethic
  • All hands on deck attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, resolve issues, and quickly switch gears
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
