BAYADA Senior Living is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our office in Lansdale, PA. Client Services Managers lead field staff in providing excellent customer service, quality and profitable homecare services with focus on developing and strengthening referral source relationships, delivery and coordination of services and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and possess the desire for growth and professional development.

BAYADA Senior Living is a set of specialized offices strategically placed throughout the country solely designed to form collaborative healthcare relationships with senior living communities to develop customized programs and offerings designed to keep seniors safe in their home of choice.  Our offering represents a unique continuum of care anchored in home health services, outpatient rehabilitation services and fitness wellness offerings.   Our specialty sub-practice yields remarkable results in terms of reduction of unplanned hospitalizations, occupancy and resident satisfaction.


The Client Services Associate will:


  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Focus on managing coordination of client services and scheduling issues
  • Help manage office caseloads and assume responsibility for your own caseload
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers and community organizations
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
  • Client Services Associates partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.


Qualifications for a Client Services Associate

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare Home Health a plus
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills (electronic medical record) skills required
  • Excellent communication  and interpersonal skills
