BAYADA Home Health is in search of an Entry-Level Sales Representative.  The entry-level Sales Representative will interact with patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and internal departments to provide support for the organization’s marketing & field operations. The Marketing Manager Associate will also be a liaison between the client, the marketing manager and the BAYADA home office. Individuals in this role will complete new order verifications to ensure necessary documentation has been collected; therefore, a keen attention to detail in processing high volumes of work is essential. The Marketing Manager Associate must acquire and maintain a strong applicable knowledge of Bayada’s services and related procedures, as well as the requirements for their assigned locations to respond accurately to client and external partner needs. Marketing Manager Associates may be assigned any combination of the responsibilities listed below.



  • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners, including patients and medical professionals, via email, fax and phone.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Manger in generating sales through effective and efficient marketing and sales efforts.
  • Confirm new order documentation; prioritize incoming items according to level of urgency.
  • Assist with obtaining all missing items for incomplete orders; redirect as needed.
  • Represent assigned territory or Marketing Manager by responding to a variety of concerns; maintain familiarity with facility needs and/or requirements.
  • Escalate urgent or unique concerns to immediate supervisor and provide support where appropriate.
  • Contact client/caregiver or perform bedside consultation to introduce BAYADA, review services ordered by physician, review client demographics and next steps following client’s discharge.


  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance is desired.
  • Previous Sales Experience a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete high volumes of work with an extremely strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively by phone and email.
  • Must exhibit compassion for clients and a sense of urgency in solving problems.
