Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced account executive to fill the role of Marketing Manager in our Montgomery PA Senior Living office, located in Blue Bell, PA.  This individual will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with referral sources in the Philadelphia County territory, promoting BAYADA Home Health Care services, and expanding our Medicare home health business in communities throughout Philadelphia County.  This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

 

Experience in senior living communities or home health, preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a Sales and Marketing Manager include:

 

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding BAYADA's business in Philadelphia County. You will be responsible for generating referrals for home care by building relationships with physicians, Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

 

Responsibilities also include market analysis, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity. The Marketing Manager will support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

 

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.  Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is required. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care or senior living.
  • Formal sales training.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical.
  • The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
