We are seeking a team oriented, compassionate Client Services Manager to join our Norwich, Vermont Hospice office as an Associate.
As an Associate, you will use your attention to detail, organizational and computer skills to assist with scheduling, payroll, invoice reconciliation, customer service and overall office support. You will assist with the coordination of new employee onboarding paperwork and ensure employee files are compliant and up to date. You will use your strong communication skills to provide caring, compassionate customer service to patients and families. You will help oversee the scheduling process including communicating schedules to field staff, updating staff on client concerns, and performing data entry to track schedules. You will also provide back-up support in the areas of recruiting care-givers, staff orientations and coordinating volunteers.
