Our Information Services office is extremely busy and fast paced. We provide technical support to our organization with an emphasis on superior customer service. The IS team ensures that employees have prompt technical assistance and is comprised of hard-working, dynamic individuals who deliver prompt and reliable support to our office and field staff. We are seeking an experienced professional who will become an integral part of a caring, professional team that is instrumental in supporting our colleagues.


The Administrative Assistant role is a professional track position within BAYADA Home Health Care. The ideal candidate will be an experienced team player who possesses the ability to work independently with an all-hands-on-deck mentality. Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor are a must. Resourcefulness, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are integral to this position.


As an Associate in the Information Services office, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answer telephones, direct callers to appropriate staff members and process telephone messages
  • Greet all visitors as they enter the office and notify the appropriate person of their arrival
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Do general office filing and photocopying
  • Prepare information packets and other documents as requested
  • Provide backup support and participate in special projects as required



  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 2-4 years related experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite Programs (including Outlook and Excel)
  • Must have clear and concise communication skills – oral and written
  • Must be a prompt self-starter with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Graphic Design or Mac knowledge is a plus
