MUSC Health at Home is seeking an experienced PT/OT/RN/LPN to fill the role of Program Manager to take on a leadership role in a progressive senior living program offering a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients. This includes traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as Bayada clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performance team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the homecare and outpatient setting. Previous management experience and strong interpersonal skills are a must, and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business growth and referral management in this position.
