BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an Client Services Manager / Staffing Manager to join our Adult Nursing Home Care team in our WIlmington, DE office

 As a Client Services Manager:

  • Manage a caseload by effectively scheduling appropriate staff and partner with clinical managers to provide supervision and support to field staff and clients
  • Work closely with internal insurance team regarding authorizations and billing for services
  • Process employee payroll and billing weekly
  • Participate in the recruitment and retention of field staff
  • Function as facilitator among clients, families, clinical manager, field and office staff and case managers
  • Provide feedback to employees related to performance, pay rate and development



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience 
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills       
  • Proven communication and PC skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
