Our Glendale-Phoenix Senior Living Service/Home Health office has immediate openings for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, COTAs within multiple valleys in the Phoenix area!

  • We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA who wants to work FULL-TIME, PART-TIME or PER DIEM (FULL-TIME and PART-TIME status comes with GUARANTEED PAY!).
  • All Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA positions will involve limited travel in a small territory within our service area.

Skilled nursing and rehabilitative care is provided to our clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home!

Responsibilities

Each COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will:

  • Render services in the client's home.
  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients' needs.
  • Perform assigned duties.
  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical Manager or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Qualifications

Qualifications for a COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:

  • Must have a current COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
  • Have at least one-year of recent, verifiable experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
  • Have solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
